City tour operation

The availability of the city tour bus is determined up to 3 days before the scheduled operation date.

  • If boarding reservations and the number of applicants is less than 15, it will not operate.
  • If there are fewer than 15 passengers canceled, refund all the fee.

Refund policy
  • If the reservation is canceled by 12:00 before 3 days of boarding, 100% of the fee will be refunded.
  • 80% refund if canceled up to 12:00 before 2 days of boarding.
  • If the reservation is canceled by 12:00 before one day of boarding, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
  • Full refund in case of cancellation due to weather warning.
  • Refunds are not available for cancellations made after 12:00 one day before boarding or on the day.
